The terms and conditions set out herein ("Additional Terms") govern your attendance at and/or participation in the India Today Group’s event, AgendaAajTak2025 scheduled to be held on 10th and 11thDecember 2025 at Hotel Taj Palace, New Delhi ("Event"), and also govern your usage of the Platform (defined below). These Additional Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between T.V. Today Network Limited (a part of India Today Group) ("TVTN," "we," "us," or "our") and the attendee of the Event ("you," "your," or "user," as the context permits).
It is clarified that your use of and access to the Platform continues to be governed by the terms and conditions of the India Today Group ("Original Terms"), which remain applicable and are incorporated by reference. The Original Terms and these Additional Terms collectively constitute the "Terms." By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to the Terms, our privacy policy, and other applicable policies or guidelines (collectively, the "Agreement").
For these Additional Terms:
(a) "Platform" refers to https://subscriptions.intoday.in/agenda-aajtak/registration including its corresponding mobile application and other access methods notified by TVTN; and
(b) TVTN and you are individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively as "Parties."
1.1 Registration Fee
The Registration Fee for the event is priced at INR 14,999/- (Rupees Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine only). Registered users will get tickets to gain access to the Event. Registered participants will get access to both days of the Event, including lunch and a networking dinner. There will be proper seating arrangementsfor all paid delegates.Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and the seating will be arranged at our discretion.
1.2 Admittance
Your registration entitles you to admittance to the Event. You must carry valid identification and your entry pass for admission. Any additional costs related to attendance, including travel and accommodation, are your sole responsibility, and TVTN accepts no liability for such expenses. If you register on behalf of another individual, you must ensure they are aware of and accept these terms. By completing the registration, you warrant that the attendee has accepted these terms.
1.3 Attendance
You are required to conduct yourself in an orderly manner and must avoid causing offence, annoyance, or inconvenience to other attendees or speakers. Canvassing, promoting, advertising, or soliciting business in an inappropriate manner is prohibited. TVTN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove you from the Event if your behaviour disrupts proceedings, poses a security risk, or violates this Agreement.
1.4 Media
By attending the Event, you grant TVTN the irrevocable right to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media and to use, distribute, broadcast, or disseminate such media globally and in perpetuity without further approval or payment. This includes editing the media, combining it with other materials, and allowing others to use or disseminate it. However, you are prohibited from taking selfies or pictures with Event guests.
1.5 Eligibility
The Event is open only to Indian citizens aged 18 years and above who are physically located in India. Individuals below 18 years of age may attend the Event under the supervision of their parents or guardians.
1.6 Non-Cancellable Tickets
All tickets issued for the Event are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once purchased, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted for any reason. However, the ticket holder may request a change to the name associated with the ticket up to 48 hours prior to the Event date, provided that the Organiser receives the request in writing and all required information for the new attendee is supplied. No name changes will be accepted after this deadline, and entry may be refused if the name on the ticket does not match the attendee’s identification.
Your travel to and attendance at the Event are at your own risk, and TVTN is not responsible for any related issues.
You must comply with all Venue rules and regulations. Any property brought to the Venue is at your own risk. TVTN is not responsible for any loss or damage to such property or vehicles parked at the Venue.
Weapons, hazardous substances, alcohol, tobacco, and narcotics are strictly prohibited at the Venue.
By registering for the Event, you consent to receiving communications from TVTN, includingWhatsApp, SMS, email, calls or any other mode of communication deemed fit by TVTN, regardless of your registration on the National Do Not Call registry. You agree to be added to TVTN’s mailing/SMS list for promotional and other materials.
Providing personal information to TVTN is voluntary. By registering for the Event, you authorize TVTN to use your information for Event-related purposes.
All intellectual property rights related to the Event, including content and materials, are owned by TVTN, its sponsors, or speakers. You may not use or reproduce any trademarks, trade names, or content without prior written permission from TVTN.
You are liable for any loss, damage, or destruction caused by your actions at the Venue.
TVTN provides Event-related information "as is" and disclaims all warranties, including accuracy, timeliness, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Under no circumstances will TVTN or its affiliates be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Event.
By attending the Event, you release TVTN, its affiliates, and agents from any liability for personal injuries, property damage, or losses arising from your participation, even if caused by negligence.
TVTN will not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, or government actions.
Decisions made by TVTN regarding the Event are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
TVTN reserves the right to alter any aspect of the Event, including its name, themes, content, program, speakers, venue, and timing.
In case of conflicts between these Terms and other Event-related policies, these Terms will prevail.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
By registering for or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
